I was stuck in a hail storm in Oklahoma in May when the huge tornado hit. My new 2022 Accord that was purchased about a month prior to the storm had so many dings and dents that I could not even count. I was devastated. I searched online for someone who handled hail storm damages and found a few body shops in town. Immediately, I was told by one shop that the hood needed to be replaced. The dings and dents on other parts of the vehicle could be done by paintless dent removal method (PDR). One body shop informed me that the replacement hood had to be an aftermarket one; otherwise, a USED OEM hood. I guess even though the vehicle was only a month old, insurance companies consider it as used. I assumed that the body shop was not going to advocate for me since they are favored by the insurance companies. After looking into other places, I found Mr. Ding, Brian. I took my vehicle to Brian for advice. Brian’s attitude was professional and friendly. Brian explained thoroughly how PDR worked. He looked at the hood and used one of his tools to see if the damages in the middle of the hood could be fixed using the PDR. Due to the complicated set up beneath the hood, Brian agreed that the hood needed to be replaced. However, the amazing part about Brian was that he was on my side. He advocated on my behalf when dealing with my insurance company – the insurance company agreed to pay for the NEW OEM replacement hood. The only downside about replacing the entire hood was that the hood needed to painted; and the front side panels also needed to be blended in. After dropping my vehicle off, I was notified by Brian that he found a way to use PDR for the entire vehicle. I was able to keep all original parts. No paint was removed, no paint blending. The coolest part was that when I picked up my vehicle, I was amazed by Brian’s work. I was not expecting to drive my new vehicle like a new vehicle, but I am most definitely enjoying driving it again, as how it should be, like a brand new car! I looked at the car under different angles of the sun to see any noticeables, but I could not find any! I did not need to deal with the insurance company – Brian took care of the entire insurance process for me. Thank you, Brian, for your dedication! Thanks for being on my side!

We were blown away with how great of a job, Brian did to repair our vehicle. We had a pretty significant dent in our vehicle from a recent storm. Brian was able to completely remove the dent. We took it to multiple people who said that they would not be able to remove it. Hands down, the best around! Don’t waste your time shopping around, he’s the best!
